Dear Parents and Students,

Warm greetings and a heartfelt welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! On behalf of the leadership teams, teachers, and staff of Sekolah Lentera Kasih (SLK) Sunter and Raffles Christian School (RCS) Kelapa Gading, we are delighted to welcome our returning families and extend a special, warm welcome to the students and families joining us from RCS.

This year marks an exciting new chapter as our two school communities strengthen our partnership. Our educators have been working collaboratively to prepare classrooms and design a learning environment that fosters communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. We remain deeply committed to nurturing students who excel academically while developing strong character, compassion, and a sense of purpose.

In keeping with our commitment to 21st-century excellence, we continue to enhance our Maker Space curriculum—including 3D design, printing, coding, and robotics. By integrating the Cambridge International curriculum with the Indonesian National curriculum, we ensure our students are well-equipped with the skills and qualifications to pursue their goals, whether in Indonesia or abroad.

Student success is a shared journey. I invite your continued support and involvement by encouraging your children to share their daily learning, monitoring their projects, and fostering a love for reading at home. As we begin this academic journey together, I look forward to a year filled with meaningful learning, discovery, and shared accomplishments. It is with great pleasure and joy that I welcome you to Sekolah Lentera Kasih. I am excited and thrilled for you to visit our school’s website to learn more about the great and wonderful students, staff, and programs we have to offer.

As Principal I am extremely glad and proud by the commitment of the school and the staff to the provision of an excellent all-round education for our students in our state of the art facilities. Under my leadership, and as a team working together, we strongly promote building character and academic excellence and achievement among our students. The cultural, sporting, and other successes of all of our students and staff are also proudly celebrated together.

Sekolah Lentera Kasih is an innovative school drawing on the character, talents, and skills of staff, students, and parents to provide a host of educational programs and projects. We have a reputation of excellence and we will continue to strive to become the best. We are about to board upon a new school year with great passion, enthusiasm, and expectation of new opportunities that will improve our instructional program and school community as a whole. Wholesome participation is encouraged in the wider range of extra-curricular activities on offer and care is also taken to ensure the well-being and character of each and every student in the school.

Our school community is dedicated to providing our students with a well-rounded educational experience. We are committed to providing ingenious and creative lessons to our students, incorporating technology to meet the needs of the 21st-century learners. While the core curriculum is provided for all students, we believe that it is critical to provide leadership opportunities and character education.
